freed Bob runs a little weekly broadcast. The safety bulletin goes out in the clear AND encrypted (so the regulars can verify the key is fresh); the flag drop goes out only encrypted.
Bob swears by AES-CTR, and this week he used a brand new 128-bit key. He did, however, reuse one other thing.
