Transmissions Briefing Following his rescue, we intercepted an unauthorized transmission sent by Captain Owen Perkins. As one might expect from a suspected informant, it wasn't sent in plaintext. The transmission carried two files a recording, and the sequence of numbers you'll need to read it along with this message:

We need the name of the project he's referring to.
