Transmissions Briefing One of Aletheia's dishes keeps pulling a faint, repeating transmission off a bearing that should be empty. Nothing's registered out there, no transponder answers, and the timing rules out an occultation. The receiver locks onto the carrier without trouble, but the station can't auto-frame it, so all we've been handed is the raw bits it pulled down.

Bring the downlink up by hand and read what it's saying.
