In late 1967, during Project BLACK SHIELD, the A-12 was pushed to its limits over North Vietnam. One specific mission became famous in the intelligence community because the aircraft's high-resolution Type I camera captured a Soviet-made surface-to-air missile (SAM) mid-flight, tracking toward the aircraft. The pilot saw the shockwaves of the explosions but pushed the throttle to Mach 3.1 and escaped.
Your tasks, shall you choose to accept it:
Identify the Mission Number for the flight that took place on October 30, 1967. This was the mission where the A-12 was famously "painted" by multiple Fan Song radars and fired upon by at least six missiles.
Find the Last Name of the pilot who was flying the A-12 during this specific mission.
After the aircraft landed back at Kadena, the post-flight inspection revealed that the A-12 had actually been hit. A tiny piece of a SAM fragment was found embedded in the aircraft's skin. Identify the specific location on the aircraft where the fragment was found.
The time duration of the second pass of the flight in ISO 8601 format.
Combine all 4 of them as below and append the flag prefix before submitting.
