Category: Internal. For official use. Subject: Determination of the actual physical parameters of the subject involved in the incident of violation of the terms of the contract for the supply of special equipment (armour).

1. The reason for conducting an investigation The reason is the official request of the supplier of specialized protective equipment (Blacksmith Shop "******", license number -MOL) for compensation for damage caused by the damage of a product unit (set of armor "-3"). The supplier claims that the damage occurred due to the Customer's submission of deliberately false anthropometric data in the form ******-7 "Application for the production of special equipment," which resulted in the product's performance characteristics not meeting the actual loads.

2. Incident description During the acceptance tests conducted by the Customer, a critical damage to the structure of the provided sample was recorded. The supplier's representative (apprentice) insists that there were no violations of the production regulations ******-78 and attributes the incident to "incorrect initial data provided by the carrier entity."

3. Task of the operational unit It is required, as part of an internal investigation, to establish and document the exact body weight of the subject referred to in the case file as "Client". Only the subject's most recent confirmed geolocation is known for identification and subsequent measurements.
