Following the success of our Edge Roadmap Router, Brunnerne Inc.™ has flattened the org chart. Twice. Requests are no longer routed by department but the department is assigned by whichever manager owns you at that point in the escalation and each of them reviews a different metric.

Legal insists the routing rules stay published for full corporate transparency. Ops insists the ledger balances. Nobody remembers who approves what any more.
