Operation_Redwave

On February 14th, 2026, Listening Post KILO-7 intercepted two radio bursts on a Cold War frequency — one belonging to a decommissioned numbers station codenamed "The Watchmaker". Silent for thirty years until now. The bursts were captured as raw IQ (In-phase/Quadrature) data. We believe they are the final dead drop of operative REDWAVE — a mathematician and signals specialist whose cover was blown. Before vanishing, REDWAVE used an old shortwave radio to push out two encoded transmissions containing critical intelligence. Four analysts attempted to crack these intercepts. Each made partial progress before being reassigned. Their notes survive. You are the fifth. OH! And one more thing — if you ever get stuck, begin with zero!
