AITU CTF 2026 is an annual cybersecurity competition and one of the largest information security events in Kazakhstan organized by FR13NDS TEAM.

The competition consists of two stages:

1) Online Qualifier - March 23, 2026 Format: Jeopardy CTF Teams of up to 5 members will compete in a wide range of cybersecurity challenges. Participation is open to teams worldwide. Based on the qualifier results, the following teams will advance to the onsite final: - Top 10 teams from Kazakhstan - Top 5 international teams

2) Onsite Final - April 24–25, 2026 Astana IT University, Astana, Kazakhstan Format: Cyber Range Competition Finalists will compete on the cyber range, where they will face realistic Red Team scenarios designed to closely simulate real-world enterprise infrastructure, including Active Directory environments.

A special highlight of the final is an additional Hardware tasks and GEOINT competition based on GeoGuessr, held in a single-elimination format.
