Our threat intel team pulled this APK off a decommissioned internal notification pipeline before the server was wiped.

The developer left a signal bundle inside — supposedly encrypted. The receiver logic is still intact. Multiple decoy flags are buried in the app to waste your time.

Reverse the interceptor, figure out how the key is derived, and decrypt the signal.
